The Annual subscription rates for club membership agreed at the AGM on March 31st 2025 are:
Full membership £`165 Couple £300 Family membership £300 Non-playing member £10 Visitors £5 per session Subscriptions due by 1st May 2025 payable to Letchworth Croquet Club. Club Sessions Regular Club Sessions Sunday 10.00 - 13.00 AC Sunday 14.00 – 16.00 G C Competitive Monday 09.00 - 12.00 Ground Maintenance Monday 14.00 – 16.00 G C Singles Roll-up Tuesday 14.00 – 16.00 G C Roll-up Wednesday 14.00 – 17.00 A C Thursday 09.00 - 12.00 Ground Maintenance Thursday 14.00 – 17.00 A C Friday 14.00 - 1600 GC Roll-up Saturday When clocks go back in October the afternoon sessions begin at 1pm and revert to 2pm when the clocks go forward. It was agreed after a vote at the AGM that GC sessions would start at 2pm from 1st February .each year Ground Maintenance sessions, which take precedence, may be extended or re-scheduled, depending on the weather and the work required. Hoop re-setting before major tournaments requires further time. The unallocated times may be booked on the website Court Booking System for individual matches in club tournaments and for informal practice games. This schedule is suspended when inter-club matches and tournaments are arranged. Members need a key to the shed (obtainable from Treasurer for small fee) for play outside club sessions. Club mallets are available for members use. The last players each session are requested to ensure all equipment is locked away before leaving. |
